Role Overview: ​

As a Marketing and Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company’s marketing initiatives and supporting business growth. You will be responsible for marketing and sales activities, working closely with the team to attract prospects, develop relationships, and convert them into loyal clients. Your role will combine creative, technical, and interpersonal skills to manage marketing content, implement digital marketing strategies, and maintain business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and relevant content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
    • Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and effectively communicates value to SMEs.
  2. Digital Marketing:
    • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, Google Ads, etc.).
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to improve engagement and conversions.
    • Manage social media accounts to build brand awareness and increase website traffic.
  3. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify leads through digital channels, networking events, and other methods.
    • Build and maintain lead lists, ensuring the CRM system is up to date.
    • Nurture leads through targeted follow-ups and personalized communication.
  4. Client Outreach and Follow-Up:
    • Conduct calls with potential clients to present our services, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
    • Follow up with leads to build and strengthen relationships, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales cycle.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to client.
  5. Sales Management and Business Relationships:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs. ​
  6. Graphic Design:
    • Create visually appealing graphics for use in social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
    • Support content creation with visual elements to enhance engagement and brand image.
  7. Event Coordination and Campaigns:
    • Assist in planning and organizing client events, such as webinars and workshops.
    • Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure the success of the event. 
    • Support marketing campaigns related to events. 
  8. Other Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and timelines. 
    • Help maintain client and partner relationships and requirements. ​
    • Assist in managing the sales team.
    • ​Provide administrative support for business operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates only).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Creativity in developing content and marketing campaigns.
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising).
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools. ​
    • Proficiency in computer skills. 
  • Mindset:
