Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate in Computer Science to join our team as a trainee for six months. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing our Odoo system, handling Microsoft tools integrations (e.g., Teams, Outlook), and ensuring IT systems security.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop their technical and problem-solving skills in a real-world business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and configuring Odoo ERP modules (CRM, Sales, Appointments, etc.).
- Support the integration of Microsoft tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Office 365) with Odoo.
- Learn and work on customizations using Python and Odoo’s development framework.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Odoo and Microsoft applications.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the security of IT systems and data.
- Participate in documenting technical processes and configurations.
- Provide basic support for other IT tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming (basic experience with API integration is a plus).

- Understanding of Microsoft tools (Office 365, Teams, Outlook, Azure).
- Knowledge of IT security fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
